Enjoy a crunchy selection of tricolor organic carrots, snap beans, and seedless English cucumber in a tangy-sweet vinaigrette
Antipasto Skewer
A bright selection of olives, meat, cheese and peppers. This skewer contains Kalamata olives, marinated mozzarella, aged salami, large green olives, peppadew and pepperoncini peppers.
Tomato Tart Wedge
A buttery crust supports vine ripened tomatoes marinated in herbs and garlic, robust Gruyere and aged parmesan cheese.
Risotto with Bacon and Peas
Arborio rice is swirled in flavorful veggie stock and combined with thick cut Applewood smoked bacon crumbles and bright fresh peas. Finished with butter and parmesan.
Italian Lemon Cake
Two layers of moist and tender Italian Lemon Olive Oil cake, made with extra virgin olive oil, layered in with tart lemon curd, whipped mascarpone cheese, fresh blueberry compote and plump blackberries.
